Following a successful first edition in the spring, the  FIP Bronze Marnes-la-Coquette  will return from  31 6 September 2026 August  au  Forest Hill of Marnes-la-Coquette .

Registration is now open for this second international event organized in the Paris region, just one week before the Alpine Paris Major scheduled from September 7 to 13.

A Bronze FIP, and no longer a Silver FIP

Originally announced in category  FIP Silver The tournament was eventually readjusted in  FIP Bronze .

This was a deliberate choice by the organizers to maintain an event more accessible to local, French, and regional players. With a Silver tournament, the entry level would likely have been much higher, with fewer spots available for pairs looking to discover or continue their development on the international circuit.

This second edition will therefore retain the same format as the tournament organized in May, with the ambition of offering a dense draw while leaving a real place for local players.

A first edition marked by two French titles

Le premier  FIP Bronze Marnes  had already offered a very nice week of padel, both in terms of sport and off the courts.

In the ladies,  Léa Godallier / Lucia Peralta Exhibition The second-seeded team lived up to their status until the very end. After a perfectly controlled run, they dominated  Daiara Valenzuela / Maria Laura Ferreyra  in the final:  7 / 6 6 / 3 .

A first title this season for Godallier on the FIP Tour, won in front of his family and the French public.

In men, the sensation had come from  Jeremy Robert / Olivier Guy de Chamisso The two young Frenchmen, still U18, had won their first international title after a remarkable week.

Having been close to elimination from the outset, they then strung together a series of impressive performances before dominating  Nicolas Zurita / Samuel Rivas Garcia  in the final:  6 / 3 6 / 4 .

An ideal date before the Paris Major

Even with its FIP Bronze status, this second edition could attract several top-level players.

Placed just before the  Paris Major It represents an interesting step for international pairs wishing to arrive earlier in the Paris region, get their bearings and accumulate matches before one of the biggest tournaments of the season.

This proximity to Roland-Garros could therefore strengthen the field, particularly among foreign players already engaged in their preparation for the Major.

An open and eagerly awaited meeting

The tournament will once again be played outdoors, on the Forest Hill tracks in Marnes-la-Coquette.

After the atmosphere, the level of play and the French results of the first edition, the organizers hope to confirm this success with a second tournament even more firmly established in the calendar.

Registration is now open for this  FIP Bronze Marnes , which is shaping up to be one of the key events to watch for the start of the French padel season.

Benjamin Dupouy

I discovered padel directly during a tournament, and frankly, I didn't really like it at first. But the second time, it was love at first sight, and since then, I haven't missed a single match. I'm even ready to stay up until 3am to watch a final of Premier Padel !
