The first round of  FIP Bronze Westerbork The match in the Netherlands took its toll on the French team. Despite several French players competing, they are now down to just a few.  two French players divided into two pairs  to reach the round of 16.

 Maxime Deloyer / Lucas Pillon  won the all-French duel in the first round, while Arthaud Dumoulin , associated with the British  Theodore Garton had to go through three sets.

The first round offered an almost entirely tricolor lineup between  Guillaume Ledrap / Pierre Perez Le Tiec  et  Maxime Deloyer / Lucas Pillon .

A close match, but ultimately  Deloyer and Pillon  who knew how to make the difference in the important moments to prevail  6 / 4 7 / 6 .

The two Frenchmen therefore continue their journey and will meet in the round of 16 the  seeded 9 Carlos Rodriguez Vidal / Oscar Sebber Gormsen .

A new hurdle to overcome, but a match where the French will have a chance to reach the quarter-finals.

Dumoulin / Garton reverse their first round

The second qualification went to  Arthaud Dumoulin , associated with the British  Theodore Garton .

After a poor start following the loss of the first set, they managed to completely turn the match around and ultimately win.  5/7 6/4 6/3  face  Franco Sommantico / Franco Mazzoni. 

The level of competition will now rise significantly as they face the eighth round of 16.  seeded 4 Pablo Pastor / Luis Oliver Artigas On paper, Dumoulin and Garton are not favorites and will have to play a big game to continue their adventure.

Vanbauce / Huard de La Marre close to pushing the TS3

For  Thomas Vanbauce and Sacha Huard de La Marre The draw had presented a tough opponent right from the first round with the  3rd seed Julian Prins / Youp de Kroon .

The French put up a good fight, particularly in a first set that went to a tie-break, but ultimately lost.  7 / 6 6 / 3 .

An early elimination against one of the tournament's top pairs.

Sichez/Duprat stopped by the TS5

End of course also for  Romain Sichez / Bilal Duprat , opposed to the  seeded 5 Sten Richters / Albin Olsson .

The French failed to truly trouble their opponents and lost in two sets.  6 / 2 6 / 2 .

After this first round, the French ranks were therefore seriously reduced in Westerbork.  Deloyer / Pillon  et  Dumoulin / Garton  The last two pairs remain with French players still in the running, now with a place in the quarter-finals to be won.

In the women's competition: Sireix already in the quarterfinals, Dardaine/Mansart kick off their tournament

The side of  FIP Silver Westerbork The French women enter the scene.  Camille Sireix , associated with the Belgian  Helena Wyckaert , has already qualified for the quarter-finals without having played. They were supposed to face the in the round of 16  6th seed Raquel Piltcher / Christina-Styliani Ntanou , but their opponents forfeited. The Franco-Belgian pair now awaits to find out their next opponents, with a possible tough quarter-final against the  seeded 1 Marta Caparrós / Águeda Pérez Ortiz . On their side,  Marie-Amélie Dardaine / Clara Mansart  will launch their tournament directly in the round of 16 against the  seeded 9 Constança Gorito / Dora Chamli.  A first major test for the French pair.
