A perfect start to the week for the French team.  FIP Gold of Belgrade  the  five French pairs  All of the teams that entered the first round of qualifying on Monday secured their place in the next round.

While several have fully embraced their status,  Nathan Courrin / Thomas Seux  They delivered the biggest performance of the day by taking down the 3rd seed after a huge battle.

Guy de Chamisso / Vives leave no room for error

 Olivier Guy de Chamisso and Manuel Vives (TS5)  They wasted no time in entering the competition. Facing off against  Aleksandr Plotnikov / Pedro Salas The French proceeded with a  6 / 0 6 / 0  without appeal.

In the second round, they will meet  Horia Vladimir Nedelcu / Mikko Rouvala . A new encounter where the French pair will start as favorites, with the objective of continuing their winning streak.

Robert and Joris provide the essential services

Same qualification for  Jérémy Robert and Maxime Joris (TS4) , even if it required more of a fight.

The French are dominating the Slovenians  Ziga Kovacic / Jaka Rodošek 6/2 7/6 After a controlled first set, they had to tighten their game in the second set to avoid going into a third set.

They will now face  Sergio Esteban Barroso / Vuk Velickovic , in a match where they will once again have the status of favorites.

Muesser / Hugounenq with the style

A convincing introduction as well for  Yanis Muesser / Arthur Hugounenq (TS7) .

Facing the locals  Luka Vitosevic / Luka Sucevic Having received a wild card, the French team prevailed.  6 / 2 6 / 2 .

Next round,  Robert Florin Popescu / Dinu Serbanescu  will stand in their way. On paper, the draw remains manageable for the French pair.

Courrin / Seux take down the 3rd seed

It is  the big French performance of this first day .

 Nathan Courrin and Thomas Seux  had inherited the toughest draw against  Giuseppe Fino / Lorenzo Di Giovanni (TS3) An obstacle that did not prevent the French from creating a surprise after a huge battle:  7/5 6/7 7/6 .

A victory that came at the end of a nail-biter and significantly improves their draw. In the second round, they will face  Oliver Szakacs / Andre Biro , a much more affordable pair on paper.

Having eliminated TS3, a real opportunity now presents itself for the two Frenchmen.

Rubio/Iznasni overturn their first round

Finally  Raphael Rubio and Sami Iznasni  They too had to go through three rounds.

Off to a bad start after losing the first set against  Gergő Rendek / Balint Dobak The French found the resources to turn the match around and win.  3/6 7/6 6/1 .

The challenge will be greater in the second round as they will face the  seeded 8 Bohdan Levchuk / Zé Alexandre Meireles After their comeback in the first round, Rubio and Iznasni will try to cause an upset this time.

Five out of five for Les Bleus

It would be hard to do better for this first day:  All ten French competitors will be present in the second round of qualifying. .

With several winnable matches on paper and confidence already built up, the Tricolores can now look ahead to the  Belgrade FIP Gold Main Table , particularly noted this week with in particular  Mike Yanguas / Coki Nieto  et  Franco Stupaczuk / Jon Sanz .
