End of the semi-finals of this FIP Gold Perpignan, which saw Ramirez / Vilarino and Vera / Garcia win. The final is scheduled today at 16 p.m. live on the youtube of Padel Magazine.

The first finalists are…Ramirez and Vilariño!

In a particularly indecisive match, which was almost impossible to read, it was finally Fran Ramirez and Ignacio Vilariño who qualified for the grand final of this FIP Gold Perpignan at the expense of Ignacio Sager and Marcos Cordoba.

A sequence of breaks and unbreaks, that's how we can sum up this meeting with a particularly "fuzzy" face.

Fuzzy, in the sense that no one really seemed to dominate the debates, from the first to the last point. However, it is precisely in this type of particularly balanced matches that we see the strength of the great players, and today it was Fran and Nacho, the favourites, who managed to re-accelerate the pace of the match at key moments.

Final score: Ramirez/Vilariño 6-4 6-4

Vera and Garcia complete the line-up

Faced with undoubtedly one of the great revelations of this tournament, Pedro Vera and Aitor Garcia maneuvered their meeting to perfection.

Like the first half, the match was particularly indecisive. We felt that the wheel could turn from one side to the other. The first set full of breaks and unbreaks as in the previous match, finally saw Pedro Vera and Aitor Garcia take control of the game.

The second set was completely different. The Santana / Jofre pair, who decided not to remain a “spectator” of the meeting, revved up throughout this second set. Unfortunately for her, opposite Pedro Vera and Aitor Garcia did not slow down. The favorites knew how to keep their calm and their composure in the hot moments to win the tie-break of the second set and the victory of the game.

Final score: Garcia/Vera 6-3 7-6
