Le  FIP Platinum Marseille  is already shaping up to be one of the major highlights of the start of the 2026 season. For the first time in its history,  Marseille hosts a FIP Platinum tournament the highest level of the international circuit outside Premier PadelAnd the least we can say is that the lineup on offer is simply enormous, with  many players from the world's top 30  expected on the slopes.

 A very strong male-dominated scene, balancing continuity and new projects 

En  seeded 1 , we will find  Fran Guerrero / Javi Leal This pairing knows each other perfectly after having shared much of the 2025 season together. Their consistency and shared experience make them natural favorites for this FIP Platinum award.

La  seeded 2  will be composed of  Lucas Bergamini / Javi Garrido , a  new association for 2026 The two players had already crossed paths in 2024 and decided to relaunch this project with high ambitions. Marseille will serve as the first real-world test.

En  TS3 Now for another highly anticipated new feature:  Torito Aguirre / Álex Arroyo An explosive pair, capable of turning any match around, and which intrigues as much as it excites on paper.

La  seeded 4  will gather  Javi García / Javi Barahona , one of the most consistent pairs of the 2025 season, rarely below their level and always complicated to maneuver.

En  TS5 , we will find  Sanyo Gutierrez / Gonzalo Alfonso , a duo already seen in 2025. Note that  Sanyo  will follow directly after the  French Interclub Championships  where he will be very much present, proof of his desire to quickly get back into the swing of things in 2026.

La  seeded 6  will be occupied by  Alex Ruiz / Juanlu Esbrí , winners of the  FIP Platinum Lyon , and already very strong in major events.

En  TS7 , also a new association:  Jairo Bautista / Lucas Campagnolo , a blend of power and experience that could quickly make headlines.

Finally, the  seeded 8  will be composed of Argentinians  Valentino Libaak / Alex Chozas , a young, ambitious pair.

 High-profile underdogs and explosive qualifiers 

Behind the top 8, the field remains extremely competitive.  qualifications  The competition is expected to be particularly challenging with many French athletes involved.

We will follow the  Thomas Leygue returns to the international circuit , associated with Portuguese  Nuno deus  (48th in the world). A twist of fate, since it was against him that Leygue was injured last June. A highly symbolic return.

La  seeded 1  will be occupied by the brand new pair  Alejandra Salazar / Alejandra Alonso , one of the most anticipated projects of the season. Marseille will allow us to immediately measure their potential.

En  TS2 , we will find  Aranzazu Osoro / Victoria Iglesias A solid and experienced duo.
La  seeded 3  will be composed of  Lucía Sainz / Raquel Eugenio , while the  TS4  will align  Jimena Velasco / Marta Barrera .

La  TS5  will highlight the new association  Sharifova / Borrero , which was highly anticipated after their official announcement.
En  TS6 ,  Lucía Martínez / Águeda Pérez , and in  TS7 ,  Laura Luján / Ana Catarina Nogueira  will also form pairs capable of going far.

La  seeded 8  will be occupied by  Alix Collombon / Jana Montes , with a French player who will play a major role in front of the French public.

Also note the presence of  Carla Touly / Camila Fassio A very solid pair outside the top 8, capable of upsetting the hierarchy. Behind them in qualifying, there will be numerous French pairs ready to reach the main draw. Note that the qualifying rounds will be held at the CAP7 club. Padel.

With  such a dense plateau ,  highly anticipated new projects ,  a blend of experience and youth , and an  strong French presence ,  FIP Platinum Marseille  is shaping up to be a  major event on the 2026 calendar .

For a first in the Phocaean city, the scene is set:  A very high level of competition, a spectacular event, and a contest that could leave a lasting impression right from this inaugural edition. .
