While it is not uncommon to see Alix Collombon et Léa Godallier associated on the French circuit, it is rare to see them share the track internationally. One of the last times was, more than a year ago, in October 2023, at the FIP Platinum Sardegna, where they lost in the quarter-finals.

This year, it is therefore at the FIP Platinum Mexico that we will see the French number 1 and number 2 share the track internationally. For the moment, they form the seed 7.

FIP Platinum Mexico players list

In this tournament, we will have the right to another new association on the FIP Tour, it is the seed 1 of the tournament: Virginia Riera et Julieta Bidahorria. This is not the first time that these two players will share the track this month. Indeed, during the final of the World Championships in Qatar, they played the first meeting against Spain in the final. They lost in two sets to Gemma Triay and Claudia Fernandez: 6 / 3 6 / 2.

The FIP Platinum Mexico will begin on November 17th until November 23rd and several French people should be there. Registrations close this Wednesday, November 13, at 22 p.m.!
