In the round of 16, Collombon and Martinez will face the Mexican Ana Maria Cabrejas Ruiz (121st) and the American Brittany Dubins (126th). On paper, the Franco-Spanish pair are the clear favourites, the match will be played today in the second rotation at 9am (local time) on centre court.

If they manage to hold their rank, the path to the quarter-finals seems clear.
