It's a first for many players: heading to Montenegro for a FIP Promotion, more precisely to Tivat, which starts tomorrow with a final scheduled for September 22.

This tournament, although in the FIP Promotion category, promises to be special, largely thanks to or because of a strong French representation.

After the French Championships, we are witnessing here a sort of mini-national championship. Among the first 10 pairs of the tournament, we find 9 French players, including 4 exclusively French pairs. Such representation in a FIP tournament abroad, and again in a category supposed to be relatively accessible, is probably a first.

As seed number 1, we find the Franco-Italian pair: Johan Bergeron / Simone Cremona.

Seeded at number 3, Maxime Moreau / Julien Seurin, at number 4, Dylan Guichard / Maxime Joris, and at number 7, Arthur Hugounenq / Philémon Raichman.

Among the 100% French pairs, we finish with Timéo Fonteny / Yoan Boronad, who constitute the 10th pair of the tournament. Certainly a team that no one will want to face in this draw.

Finally, we note the presence of a little-known French pair, without points to date: Jean-Alexandre Willem / Jean-Bastien Willem, ranked in 16th position.
