French on the slopes! At the start of this weekend, all attention is focused on the FIP Promotion taking place in Lustica Bay, Montenegro. Today, two rounds are scheduled, the round of 16 and the quarter-finals.

Max Moreau and Julien Seurin could face BergeronCremona tomorrow in the semi-final

Bergeron/Cremona and Moreau/Seurin in the upper part of the table

This morning from 10am, Johan Bergeron and his Italian partner Simone Cremona will face two regional players from the stage, Nikola Matijevic and Luka Petranovic. If logic is respected, the number 1 seed should pass this round and qualify for the quarters.

Bergeron and Cremona will be followed on the slopes by Maxime Moreau and Julien Seurin, TS3 of this FIP. The French team will face the Andres and Arturo Calzada Felici brothers this morning in the second rotation. Even if they are ranked lower than them (563rd in the FIP, while Moreau and Seurin are between 130th and 163rd), it is never easy to play the Spanish...

It should be noted that Bergeron/Cremona and Moreau/Seurin could play each other tomorrow Sunday in the semi-finals, if they were to get past the quarter-finals this afternoon.

Bottom of the table: Guichard / Joris facing a Dutch pair

The stakes will be different for Dylan Guichard and Maxime Joris (TS4), who face an all-Dutch pair in the lower part of the table, Julian Prins and Youp de Kroon. The French, ranked higher, are favourites and could find Arthur Hugounenq and Philemon Raichman in the quarter-finals.

Arthur and Philemon are playing a local pair this morning: Luka Ljubisa and Marko Radoman. A program quite similar to the one they were offered yesterday and from which they came out without a scratch: victory 6/0 6/0 against Toni Stjepcevic and Marko Todorovic.

Still in the lower part of the Lustica Bay table, this morning we were supposed to have Timéo Fonteny and Yoan Boronad facing the TS2 composed of Gonzalo Perez Arbona (146th in the FIP) and Ricardo Martinez (118th). But the French pair are out.
