After winning their first match in the previas of the Hamburg FIP Rise, Yoan Boronad and Timéo Fonteny lost during the qualifying match for the final draw.

After taking out the Spaniards Calvo and Guerrero after a big fight for their entry into the running (6/4 4/6 7/6(2)), the two French hopefuls were unable to confirm in the next round.

It was the Dutch pair Notenboom / Van Betuw, seeded 3 of the previas, who eliminated the two young French players: 6/3 6/4.

The final draw will therefore be played without Timéo and Yoan but still with members of the French delegation. There will also be a clash “between French” in the first round: Thomas Vanbauce and Nicolas Rouanet face Max Moreau and his Spanish partner Alberto Garcia (TS2).

For their part, Philémon Raichman and the Dutchman Roper will cross swords with the 4th seed Mercadal / Jensen.

It should be noted that Julien Seurin and Adrien Maigret finally withdrew from the competition, Adrien being injured in an ankle.

Update 10:40 a.m.: Lucky-losers, Fonteny and Boronad play this morning in the first round of the main draw
