There was some trouble on the French side during the first round of the men's draw. Only two French players managed to qualify for the round of 8: Thomas Leygue et Philemon Raichman. It was the end for Adrien Maigret, Dorien De Meyer, Maxime Forcin and Manuel Vives, who left Belgium in their first round.
