After a great opening day marked by several French victories, this Saturday, June 7 promises to be a busy one for the Blues competing in the FIP Silver Bandol. Many pairs will try to climb up quarterfinal, with a good performance at home in sight. Here is the program of Round of 16 with the French team still in the running.

In the women's category: a remarkable French density

There are still many French women who can hope for a place in the quarter-finals.

Camille Sireix and the Spanish Ivet Val Lopez, after a solid match in the first round, will face the formidable pair Monica Gomez Rivas / Camila Fassio Goyeneche, seeded 5. The match is scheduled to start at 9 a.m. on court 2..

Marie Lefevre and Marie Maligo, victorious against Merah / Martin in the first round, will have a lot to do against the Spanish Marta Eugenio Barrera / Erika Mesa Martinez, seeded players benefiting from a bye in the first round following the withdrawal of Touly / Ginier. The match is scheduled in second 9am rotation on court 2.

Charlotte Soubrié and Marie-Amélie Dardaine, solid against the Portuguese Garin / Silva, will face one of the pairs from the match between Ana Cristina Sanchez Perez / Elena De La Rosa Ramos. The meeting is scheduled at 9 p.m. on court 1.

Another high-performance pair, Louise Bahurel and Fiona Ligi will try to create a surprise against the 8th seed Claudia Escacena Montero / Aitana Garcia Roman. This match will take place following that of Dardaine/Soubrié on the same court.
