women's quarter-finals  du  FIP Silver Caen  have delivered their verdict, with our French player Alix Collombon qualifying for the semi-finals. Between close matches and impressive displays, the field is tightening before promising semi-finals at  Caen Exhibition Park .

 Collombon / Montes Cabruja pushed hard but qualify 

Opposed to  Gomez Rivas / Escacena Montero  (TS6),  Alix Collombon and Jana Montes Cabruja (TS1)  had to work hard to establish themselves  7 / 6 6 / 3  after  1h48 game .
The pattern was the same in both sets: a tentative start, their opponents taking the initiative, then a  gradual awakening  from the Franco-Spanish pair, with a crucial break each time.

The first set is played in  tie-breaker The second half was better controlled despite a few shaky moments. Jana Montes clearly gained momentum as the match progressed.
The numbers speak for themselves:  45 winning shots for 39 direct errors  Collombon/Montes side, against  24 winners and 33 errors  opposite. A solid victory, even if it was  difficult .

 Casali/Aima confirm their form against TS3 

In a very balanced quarter-final,  Carlotta Casali and Clarissa Margherita Aima (TS7)  achieve a great performance by dominating  Lopez Lopez / Lopez Diaz (TS3)  on the score of  6 / 4 6 / 4 .

 Parmigiani / Garcia Roman open the painting 

La  TS8 Martina Parmigiani / Aitana Garcia Roman  left no chance  Arteaga / Delgado swept away  6 / 0 6 / 2 .
A clear demonstration that confirms the opening of the draw after the fall of the 2nd seed and propels the Italian-Spanish pair into the semi-finals with authority.

 Martinez / Ortiz without trembling 

Final quarter, and another demonstration:  Aida Martinez / Anna Ortiz (TS4)  dominate   Navarro López-Barajas / Chamli (TS5)    6 / 2 6 / 0 , in a one-sided match.
