Organized for the first time under the label FIP BronzeThe Caen International Padel Tournament has reached a new milestone in just one edition. In January 2026, the Normandy event will now be held at FIP Silver status, confirming the organizers' desire to permanently establish Caen on the international calendar of the International Federation of Padel.

This move upmarket is logically accompanied by a higher level of sporting competition, with the prospect of hosting players from the top world level, accustomed to FIP tournaments and, for some, to circuit events Premier Padel.

Several familiar faces from the French padel scene have already been announced.

Many French players have already confirmed their attendance in Caen. Among them are:

  • Philemon Raichman
  • Yanis Muesser
  • Pierre Perez Le Tiec
  • Olivier Guy de Chamisso
  • Johan Peloux Marchini
  • Lucas Pillon

An internationally focused tournament

With its Prize Money of 25 euros, an equitable distribution between male and female tables, and a format indoor, FIP Silver Caen clearly targets an international player audience looking to earn FIP points at the start of the season.

With one month to go before kickoff, one thing is certain: the FIP Silver Caen will no longer be just a discovery, but a highly anticipated tournament in a significantly strengthened sporting context.
