Bad news in the women's draw with the withdrawal of  Léa Godallier  et  Daiara Valenzuela  before they entered the competition.

The French-Argentine pair were scheduled to face the Italians  Deborah Cruciani / Micaela Moroni , but ultimately did not play in the match. Léa Godallier felt a  back discomfort  and preferred not to take any risks, just days before the  Bordeaux Premier Padel P2 .

Bahurel passes very close

For its part,  Louise Bahurel , associated with the Spanish  Ivet Val Lopez came very close against the 7th seed  María Portillo Pérez / Carmen Castillon .

After losing the first set, Bahurel and Val López rallied to take the second in a tiebreak. But in the third set, Portillo and Castillón regained control to secure their place in the quarterfinals.
