After a nice introduction,  Camille Sireix  et  Melissa Martin  failed to chain to  FIP Silver from Lelystad . Opposed to the  seeded 7 ,  Victoria Kurz  et  Marcella Koek , the two French women lost without really being able to compete in the match:  6 / 1 6 / 2 .

Despite the confidence gained after their narrow first-round victory against  Carla Fito Fernandez  et  Patricia Araus Lopez  ( 6/4 2/6 6/3 ),  Martin and Sireix  were dominated from the first games. Struggling in the exchange, they did not find the key to reversing the dynamic and suffered the pace imposed by their opponents.

A defeat against a stronger pair, but another step in their progression on the  FIP circuit .
