The  women's quarter-finals  du  FIP Silver Narbonne  are now known. While the top seeds generally lived up to expectations, one French pair managed to defy the odds:  Marie-Amélie Dardaine and Clara Mansart , who defeated the second seed.

Touly and Godallier without flinching

Associated with the Spanish  Anna Ortiz Gascó ,  Carla Toully  She perfectly controlled her round of 4 match. The fourth seed gave the Ukrainians no chance.  Kateryna Yegoreychenko  et  Vladyslava Zanosiienko , with a clear victory  6 / 0 6 / 1 .

Same scenario for  Léa Godallier  and Argentina  Daiara Valenzuela As the tournament's second seed, they cruised to victory against the French team.  Juliette Sirgant  et  Eloise Marais , also imposing itself  6 / 0 6 / 1 The two French favorites therefore lived up to their status perfectly.

Mansart and Dardaine pull off a great deal

The day's best performance came from  Clara Mansart and Marie-Amélie Dardaine .

After their stunning first-round victory against Merah and Ligi, the two Frenchwomen confirmed their form by defeating  Raquel Piltcher  et  Christina-Styliani Ntanou , seeded 7th in the tournament, with a score of  7 / 5 7 / 6 .

The French women undoubtedly benefited from the most open draw of the round of 16 and seized their opportunity perfectly. Solid in the crucial moments, they secured a place in the quarterfinals and continued their impressive run on home soil.

However, the task was too great for the other French players.

 Cassandra Senjean  et  Cyrine Hamrouni  were defeated by the number 1 seed,  Maria Eulalia Rodriguez Abajo  et  Noa Canovas Paredes , on the score of  6 / 0 6 / 3 .

Same outcome for  Kimy Barla  et  Julie Razafindranaly , beaten by the 3rd seed,  Patricia martinez fortun  et  Claudia Escacena Montero ,  6 / 2 6 / 0 .

Finally  Manon Marcarie  et  Fitia Robinson Andrianafetra  lost to the 5th seed,  Lucia Peralta Exposito  et  Maria Laura Ferreyra ,  6 / 3 6 / 2 .
