This is a great first in the history of Mauritius… but also in the history of padel : a FIP Star will be organized on the island, next November. The tournament will take place in Isla Padel : the first club of padel to the island's international standards.

This brand new complex, opened at the end of last year, includes 5 tracks of padel. It is on these five courts that the FIP Star will take place November 12 to 17. Please note that this tournament will welcome both men and women!

Qualifying for the tournament – ​​if any – will begin on November 12 and end the following day. This means that the main draw could start on November 14. The competition will end on a Saturday, with the finals expected to be played in night session.

Other things to know about this tournament: its prize money and the number of points at stake. A FIP Star is the category above the FIP Rise, therefore, the prize money is doubled, to reach the 25.000€. For points, same principle. In FIP Rise, the winners win 31 point. In a FIP Star, they receive 62.
