In this last week of August, the French will have a very busy schedule and we will follow three FIP Rise : Utrecht, London and Porto Sant'Elpidio. After a successful week for the French on the FIP circuit, we can expect new very good results for the Frenchies !
FIP Rise Porto Sant-Elpidio
Only one French person will travel to Italy: Harold Bernard. Present on the international circuit since the start of the year, he will add a new tournament to his tally. He will be associated with Alvaro Pedrós Razquín, 1732nd player in the world.
A tournament which, despite the few teams, still promises to be particularly noted. Among the headliners, we find in particular Facundo Dominguez (59) and Emilio Sanchez Chamero (63), seeded 1. Or even Cristian Gutierrez (72nd) and Carlos Marti (73rd).
FIP Rise London
Unlike Italy, a large number of French people decided to go to the British capital to try to collect some precious points in the FIP ranking. For the men, eight French players will make the trip, including three Franco-French pairs:
- Maxime Moreau / Julien Seurin (TS2)
- Manuel Vives / Eneko Arija (TS4)
- Dorian De Meyer / Philémon Raichman (TS7)
- Arthur Hugounenq / Pierre Vincent
- Alan Ambrose / Kevin Graff
Among the women, three French women will be present in London. First of all, Carla Touly. The French player is full of confidence after his coronation at FIP Rise Bandol, next to Jessica Ginier. This week, it is not alongside her compatriot that we will find her, but with the Spaniard Natividad Lopez Diaz (118th). Both will form the 4 seed of the tournament!
We will also find Marianne Vandaele et Amelie Detriviere, 14th pair of the tournament.
FIP Rise Utrecht
Six French men on the men's side in the Netherlands and only one French woman to go to Utrecht. In the men's draw, we find three Franco-French pairs with the heavy artillery which is sent into this tournament:
- Johan Bergeron / Bastien Blanqué (TS1)
- Adrien Maigret / Jeremy Scatena (TS3)
- Thomas Vanbauce / Maxime Joris (TS6)
Among the ladies, only one Frenchwoman will be there and it is Camille Sireix. She will be associated with the Portuguese Bruna Albuquerque Melo (153) and both will form the 9th pair of this tournament.
It was her brother who one day told her to accompany him to a padel court, since then, Gwenaëlle has never left the court. Except when it comes to going to watch the retransmission of Padel Magazine, World Padel Tour… or Premier Padel…or the French Championships. In short, she is a fan of this sport.
