This Friday marked the entry of the French into the main draws of the three FIP tournaments of the weekend: the  Silver Guimarães , the  Silver Ceuta  and the  Bronze Luxembourg A complicated day for the Tricolores, who leave with only three victories.

FIP Silver Guimarães: only Guichard passes

In Portugal, the step was too high for  Laura Buteau / Angela Lorenzo Martin , beaten soundly by the number 2 seed  Raquel Piltcher / Daiara Valenzuela  (6/3 6/0).
Same fate for  Nicolas Rouanet / Isaac Huysveld , who fell against the 8th seed  Cordoba / Dorta Diaz  (6/3 7/6).
Fortunately,  Dylan Guichard / Giulio Graziotti (TS2)  assured by imposing themselves without trembling in the face of  Farabbi / Rodriguez  (6/2 6/2).

FIP Silver Ceuta: Detriviere falls from the start

In Spain,  Amelie Detriviere , associated with the Spanish  Raquel Segura Aguilar (TS8) , did not find the solution to face  Delgado Medina / Portilla Gomez . Defeat 6/3 6/4 and an early exit for the only Frenchwoman involved in Ceuta.

FIP Bronze Luxembourg

In Luxembourg, the beginnings were complicated for the Blues:

  •  Nathan Courrin / Thomas Basso  resisted but lost to the 3rd seed  Garcia Jimenez / Janowicz  (4/6 6/4 6/1).
  •  Yanis Muesser / Simon Wagner  fell against the 8th seed  Arija / Manrique  (6/2 7/5).
  • The lucky losers  Romain Sichez / Julien Motz  beat the Groen brothers (3/6 6/3 6/3). Tomorrow they will play the second seed Julian Prin / Youp De Kroon.

The good news comes from  Olivier Guy de Chamisso / Pierre Perez Le Tiec , qualified, who dominated  Sjovall / Valcarcel Sanchez  (7/6 6/7 6/1). They will play the Swedes tomorrow  Appelgren / Rutgersson , who defeated the 5th seed.

Benjamin Dupouy

I discovered padel directly during a tournament, and frankly, I didn't really like it at first. But the second time, it was love at first sight, and since then, I haven't missed a single match. I'm even ready to stay up until 3am to watch a final of Premier Padel !
