Two French women are still in contention this Saturday on the FIP Tour, with  Carla Toully  et  Léa Godallier , involved in two different tournaments.

Carla Touly faces a big test at the FIP Silver Porto Sant'Elpidio

Associated with the Italian  Emily stellato Carla Touly continues her run. The Franco-Italian pair, seeded 7th, will play a tough quarter-final against the 4th seed.  Camila Fassio / Maria Laura A real test for Touly and Stellato, with a place in the final four at stake.

However, the adventure ends for  Melissa Martin Associated with the Spanish  Teresa Navarro  (world top 50), the Frenchwoman could have high hopes for this tournament, especially since she was seeded 2.

After a perfectly controlled first set, Martin/Navarro were ultimately defeated by the Italians.  Camilla Livioni / Flavia Coppola  :  1/6 6/4 6/4 A defeat that was bound to be frustrating for the former member of the French team, who had a particularly experienced partner this week.

Godallier has a scare but reaches the final in Espoo

Au  FIP Silver Espoo II in Finland,  Léa Godallier  and Argentina  Daiara Valenzuela The top seeds and tournament favorites had to fight hard to secure their place in the final.

Facing the 7th seed in the semi-finals,  Natalia Molinilla Paniagua / Maria Teresa Moriñigo Gomez They had started very strongly with a 6-0 lead. But the Spanish pair took advantage of a lapse in concentration from the Franco-Argentine pair to get back into the match.

Godallier/Valenzuela finally restored order in the third set to win.  6/0 3/6 6/2 .

So, it's off to the final for the number 1 seed, who will face...  Sandra Bellver / Alba Gallardo (TS5) One last hurdle to overcome, with a match scheduled for around  16 hrs .
