The Roland-Garros stadium hosts from July 11 to 17 the Greenweez Paris Premier Padel Major, constituting a new chance for the curious to discover a place steeped in history. An appointment not to be missed under any circumstances... The proof by five!

1/ An unprecedented event in France

The French Tennis Federation and Premier Padel, the official world circuit of padel managed by the International Federation of Padel (FIP), are organizing the first edition of the Greenweez Paris Premier Padel Major from July 11 to 17, 2022. It is simply of the biggest tournament of the discipline ever organized in France (corresponding to a Grand Chelem in tennis), allowing the FFT to promote this discipline.

2 / The elite of the discipline at the rendezvous

Greenweez Paris Premier PadelBelonging to the highest tournament category on the circuit Premier Padel, this major competition will bring together the best players from Padel in the world ! It will be a magnificent showcase for this discipline in France but also internationally.
The qualifying draw (July 10 and 11) will feature 32 teams and issue eight tickets to the final draw. The main tournament will feature 56 teams (44 admitted directly, 8 from qualifications and 4 wild-cards). This competition will award 2 ranking points and will offer a record prize pool with a total prize money of €000!

3/ The opportunity to discover a spectacular discipline

Le Greenweez Paris Premier Padel Major will be a great opportunity for the public to discover this spectacular discipline. This sport, which is both fun and accessible but also technical and physical, is played only in doubles on a 20 by 10 meter court, surrounded by transparent walls (at the back of the court and on the sides) and fences (on the sides). The exchanges are very often impressive since the rebounds on the walls are part of the game!

4 / A Roland-Garros Stadium in celebration!

The Parisian Major will also be a unique opportunity to take advantage of the Roland-Garros stadium otherwise in a unique, friendly and festive atmosphere. The public will thus have the opportunity to experience beautiful summer evenings in an exceptional setting. On the place of the Musketeers, many activities will be on the program : DJ, petanque, möllky… The public will also have the opportunity to relax while enjoying cold drinks or taking a gourmet break around “street food” on the terrace of the Place des Mousquetaires. The latter will be the ephemeral terrace to do absolutely in Paris this summer ! Spectators can also try their hand at Padel with qualified teachers.

5 / An experience accessible to all

To enable as many people as possible to attend this event, the FFT is offering particularly attractive prices. The best seats of the Philippe-Chatrier court will be accessible to the general public : the entire lower crown, i.e. the equivalent of 8 places, can be occupied, à prices between 15€ and 50€. A real godsend to experience high-level sport on the legendary center court of Roland-Garros. Tickets will also allow spectators access to the other five tracks of padel located on courts 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6* of the Roland-Garros Stadium.

In addition, on Sunday July 10, the day of qualifications, tickets will be available at the single price of 10€! The opportunity to discover this new technical and entertaining sport at a reduced price.
