The American Merida Master Padel Tour to the rhythm of the samba with Flores Stefano Flores and Julio Julianoti who have inscribed their names on the first page of American history Padel Tour.

The Brazilians were proclaimed champions of the Merida Master after winning in two sets (6/1 6/4) against the Argentineans Nico Egea and Matias Gutierrez.

A successful inauguration for the circuit which brought together the greatest personalities of the American continent. Flores and Julianoti arrived in Merida as big favorites and even if they met expectations their journey was not easy until the final title was obtained.

Until the semi-finals they had not shown themselves to the maximum of their abilities. In the quarterfinals, the Brazilians did not go far from defeat. Two points close! Paraguayan Samuel Miltos and Chilean Carlos Zahi manhandled them for more than two and a half hours, before finally giving in to the tie-break of the third set.

But in the semifinals, they were very successful against the champions of the Argentine Master, Frederico Chiostri and Gonzalo Alfonso, whom they beat in two quick sets, 6-3 6-2.

Subsequently, on the historic day of the first APT final, on Sunday January 19, they set out to take on the global challenge. 5/0 in barely 20 minutes of play… The rest was quietly mastered.

Club Campestre Yucatan witnessed the first tournament in American history Padel Tower. This Master took place in the Mexican city of Merida with players representing six countries.

Apart from the annoying setback in the semi-final when the Argentinian Cristian Ozan literally crossed the window of the central track, everything was perfect. The Brazilians Flores and Julianoti arrived in the final against the Argentinian Egea and Gutierrez have demonstrated the existence of high quality players, which make us believe in the success of this circuit.
