The final of P1000 Padel Football Club confirmed the superiority of the seed n ° 1.
Lilian Furnace and Paul Forichon achieve a very solid success 7 / 5 6 / 3 facing Yann Auradou and Clement Son.

A close first set… but the offensive pressure made the difference

The start of the match is very close. The rallies are long, break point opportunities are rare, and every point is hard-fought.
On both sides, we see two philosophies:

  • Forichon / Fouré impose a constant offensive pressureThey quickly move up to the net and force their opponents to play under pressure.
  • Auradou / Filho respond with a more strategic approach patient approachby searching for areas and biding their time.

But in the final moments, Lilian and Paul really stepped up the pace. Their aggression forced a few errors from Clément and Yann, who eventually conceded a decisive break.
Result: 7/5 for the TS1, which logically takes control.

The second set quickly turned in favor of TS1

As in their semi-final, Fouré and Forichon started the match strongly. The pressure they applied from the return forced Auradou/Filho to take more risks… and therefore commit more unforced errors.

Quick break, mastery of service games, constant presence at the net: the formula still works.
Meanwhile, Yann and Clément are struggling to find a way to regain the lead. TS1 completely dominates the set and finishes without a hitch. 6/3.

A final controlled from start to finish

This is a very great victory for Forichon / Fouré, which are offered there their second P1000 together this season.
Their match was consistent from start to finish: intensity, initiative, high level of play in key moments.

TS1 lived up to its status from start to finish with a perfectly controlled tournament.

Benjamin Dupouy

I discovered padel directly during a tournament, and frankly, I didn't really like it at first. But the second time, it was love at first sight, and since then, I haven't missed a single match. I'm even ready to stay up until 3am to watch a final of Premier Padel !
