If the FFT had offered us many game formats before 2020 which might at times seem complicated to understand, the game formats at padel in 2021. stabilized and simplified.

It is likely that we have found a point of balance with these four game formats used in the Padel :

Long Formats:

  • Format A: 3 sets to 6 games
  • Format B: 2 sets of 6 sets; 3rd set = super deciding 10 point game

Short Formats:

  • Format C: 2 sets to 4 games, decisive game 4/4; 3rd set = super deciding 10 point game
  • Format D: 1 set of 10 points (format reserved for P 25 - Cf. CDC Tournois)

All matches, regardless of the format, will be counted with the same coefficient when calculating the ranking (coefficient 1).
