At the  U16 girls , there will be no surprises: the two favorite pairs of the table will meet in the final this Saturday.

Bekhedda twins strong in the semi-finals

In the first semi-final, the sisters  Neïla and Feryel Bekhedda  left no chance for their opponents  Fabre / André , seeded number 3. The Parisian twins, already close to the  french top 100  (108th), imposed themselves with authority:  6 / 2 6 / 1 .

Charpentier / Debroy shaken up but on time

On the other side of the table, the task was more delicate for the  #1 seeded ,  Augustine Charpentier and Zia Debroy The two Hauts-de-France players coached by Corentin Devaux, ranked around the  70th place in France , had to fight to overcome  Rolland / Clorennec  :  7 / 5 7 / 5 .

A promising finale at 13 p.m.

On paper, the advantage is logical for  Carpenter / Debroy , better ranked and already strong with a  third place in P1000  as well as a  final at the regional senior championships . But for their coach,  Thomas mitjana  (Club des Pyramides), the Bekhedda twins will have their say:

"If they stick to a well-constructed game plan, they have the weapons to win this final, even if they won't be the favorites."

The grand finale of the  U16 girls  is scheduled this Friday at  13 hrs , with an enticing poster:  the Bekhedda twins facing Charpentier / Debroy .
