Approaching the age of 30 and already one of the most experienced players on the circuit,  Franco Stupaczuk  continues to establish himself as a sure bet in world padel. During the presentation of his new line of rackets, the Argentinian took part in a particular exercise: naming the players he considers to be better than him at their best level.

A career marked by impressive consistency

A few weeks before celebrating his  30 years Franco Stupaczuk can already boast a particularly rich career. Present on the professional circuit for many seasons, the Argentinian has maintained a rare consistency at the highest level.

From  2017 the player nicknamed “El Papelito” He set himself a goal that he managed to achieve every year:  win at least one tournament per season This consistency demonstrates its ability to remain competitive despite the rapid evolution of the circuit.

In 2026, he continues his sporting project with  mike yanguas with whom he has already reached  the quarter-finals and then the semi-finals in the first two tournaments of the season , including a final appearance in the semi-finals at  Premier Padel P2 of Gijón .

A delicate task: recognizing superior players

During the presentation of its new range of rackets, organized with  Brickipadel and Padel Our Stupaczuk participated in a unique question-and-answer game. The principle was simple: respond by naming the players he considered better than himself at their peak.

It's always a delicate exercise in such a competitive sport, but the Argentinian approached it frankly, notably highlighting several prominent figures on the circuit.

An admiration for the great figures of padel

In his answers, Stupaczuk focused primarily on paying tribute to some iconic players in the world of padel. He mentioned, in particular  Matías Díaz, Juani Mieres and Miguel Lamperti , three players who have left their mark on different generations of the circuit.

The Argentinian explained that he has a certain admiration for these historical figures, whose careers and impact on padel remain a benchmark.

Notably, Stupaczuk did not mention some current players who are very close to him in the rankings, such as  Martín Di Nenno  ou  Fede Chingotto preferring to highlight these experienced figures who have contributed to writing the history of sport.

A player always striving for improvement

Approaching his 30th birthday, Franco Stupaczuk remains one of the most consistent competitors on the circuit. His partnership with Mike Yanguas suggests an interesting season ahead, with a pair already capable of reaching the semifinals of tournaments.

And while the Argentinian does not hesitate to acknowledge the players who inspired him, he himself remains a reference for a new generation seeking to establish itself at the highest level.
