For their entry into the running  Paris Major ,  Benjamin Tison  et  Maxime Forcin  (wild card) logically bow to  David Gala (46)  et  Lucas Campagnolo (33)  on the score of  6 / 1 6 / 4 .

The first set was a one-way street. Faster, more solid in defense, and dominant on the volley, Gala and Campagnolo quickly took control. The Brazilian enjoyed smashing, and the stats speak for themselves:  28 winning points  for the Spanish-Brazilian duo in the match against only 15 for the French.

In the second set, Tison raised the tone on his service games, Forcin fought hard to extend the rallies, and the Parisian crowd started to push behind his players. The Tricolores resisted, but on their returns, it was impossible to find the fault despite the instructions of  Pablo Ayma  on the bench. The key stat falls:  0 break point  obtained on the French side.
