La  second men's semi-final  of this tournament pits  Alejandro Galán and Federico Chingotto  (2) to the pair  Mike Yanguas and Coki Nieto  (4), in a clash that promises to be intense. Only one meeting has opposed them so far… won by Galán and Chingotto.

Galán / Chingotto: Confidence of success in Miami

The world number 2s arrive full of confidence after their  victory at Miami P1  last week, their  only title  this season so far. Since forming their duo, they have accumulated:

  •  6 tracks  together :  1 Major ,  2 P1  et  3 P2 
  •  9 P1 finals 
  • Seulement  two defeats in the semi-finals  in 2024: to  Kuwait  et  Mexico , and each time facing Yanguas

Despite these rare setbacks, Galán and Chingotto remain one of the strongest pairs on the circuit.

Yanguas / Nieto: a challenge to be met

On their side,  Yanguas and Nieto  have  never made it past the semi-finals  together. Corn  mike yanguas  stands out in 2025 as one of the rare players to have  beat Galán three times , alongside Coello and Tapia.

A notable fact:  neither Yanguas nor Nieto have yet won a P1 tournament  in their career.
