Padel continues to grow in France, and Poitiers is preparing to become a key hub for this sport with the opening of GALLERY RÉPUBLIQUE in April 2025 . This sports and wellness center, located in Republic pole 1 , will offer a modern and innovative infrastructure, including seven latest generation padel courts . In this context, a padel referent is sought to structure and energize this new offer.
A key role in developing padel in Poitiers
The padel referent will be the sports ambassador within the complex , with the mission of ensuring an attractive and accessible experience for players of all levels. He or she will be responsible for develop activities, organize events and build loyalty among a community of practitioners .
The main missions
- Liven up the padel area : organization of tournaments, initiation sessions and themed events to boost activity and attract a wide audience.
- Manage the teaching team : supervision of technicians and instructors , management of schedules and implementation of programs adapted to different levels.
- Create local dynamics : development of targeted actions via social networks and partnerships , to unite a community around padel.
- To win the loyalty of customers : proposal of educational offers adapted, listening to player feedback to improve services.
- Coordinate major events : setting up competitions and collaborations with sponsors and partners .
Required profile
The offer is aimed at a person with initial experience in sports activity management, community animation and event organization .
Required Skills :
- Knowledge of paddle or racket sports.
- Some experience with data mining, web team management and sports event management .
- Ability to unite a community and develop attractive offers .
- Meaning of customer reception and satisfaction .
- Rigor in the organization and priority management .
