Bea Gonzalez just returned from injury, after being affected by a thrombosis in his foot. Until now, the rounds had gone smoothly for Brea / Gonzalez but, against Carmen Goenaga and Virginia Riera, everything did not go as planned.

Bea and Delfi may have been the first to break in this match - the only break achieved by the numbers 2 on the only opportunity obtained -, in the first set, they suffered the charge of the Spanish-Argentinian pair.
