In Düsseldorf, the  Germany P2  offers a gala poster for the ladies: the  world number 1, Gemma Triay and Delfina Brea , It front of  numbers 2, Ariana Sánchez and Paula Josemaría The two pairs meet again for a clash that promises to be heated.

Triay / Brea in search of an 8th title

Since their takeover in  Tarragona P1 in July , Triay and Brea dominate the circuit. They will play their 11th final of the season this Sunday, with already  7 wins  on the clock (for only 3 defeats, plus the interrupted tournament in Santiago). The objective is clear: to get a  8nd title together .

A success would also allow the two players to equalize with their rivals of the day in terms of individual achievements: Gemma and Delfi would reach  15 titles each  on the circuit Premier Padel, the same total as Ari and Paula. This is a historic occasion for the number 1s.

Sánchez / Josemaría want to break the streak

Opposite,  Sanchez and Josemaría  are determined to regain the title. Their last victory dates back to  Valladolid P2 in June , and they have lost several finals. Since the beginning of the year, they have had a mixed record:  4 victories in 9 finals , but still this consistency at the highest level.

A new coronation today would offer them a  16th title on the circuit Premier Padel  (and the 42nd of their joint career). It would also be their 5th trophy of the season, enough to boost momentum against rivals who have often posed problems for them.

The historic advantage for Triay / Brea

If we look at the  head-to-head , the advantage is clear:  5-1 in favor of Triay / Brea The Spanish know that they will have to find solutions in the face of Gemma's aggressiveness and Delfi's consistency, which have left little room for their opponents to play for several months.
