The new  Russian professional circuit, the RCC Padel League  launched its first stage at  Ekaterinburg , In the  RCC Padel Arena with a clear promise: to offer additional opportunities to players outside of  Premier Padel  and exhibitions, while developing padel in less established areas, particularly in  Asia .

This first event, organized almost in parallel with the  P1 of Riyadh , brought together several well-known names from the circuit such as  Álvaro Cepero ,  Javi Barahona ,  Javi Ruiz ,  Gonzalo Rubio  or,  Aris Patiniotis However, none of them managed to go and win the title.

 Goñi and Allemandi open the list of winners 

The first trophy in the history of the circuit goes to the pair  Aimar Goñi / Tito Allemandi The two players, already partners on  A1 Padel confirmed their agreement by dominating the Russian week.

They benefited from the withdrawal in the final of  Ignacio Piotto / Denis Perino Although physically diminished, their performance remains solid, with several matches controlled beforehand. This victory immediately positions them as a pair to watch in this new format.

Piotto and Perino, already noticed at  Riyadh  with a high level of play, they confirm their momentum despite this shortened final.

 Cepero and Barahona stopped in the semi-finals 

Among the favorites,  Cepero / Rafa Méndez  et  Barahona / Patiniotis  stopped in  semi-finals The two duos met again in the match for third place, which was won by the Italian-Argentine and the Spaniard.

Behind them, several players accustomed to the main FIP draws or Premier Padel as  Javi Ruiz ,  Gonzalo Rubio ,  Boris Castro  ou  Juan Cruz Belluati  did not exceed  quarter-finals , proof of a recorded painting.

 Attractive prize money 

The organization scored points with a  prize money  high for a launch.
The winners leave with  €30,000 to be shared an amount close to one  P2 .
The finalists have been affected  € 20 000 the third  € 15 000 then  € 9 000  from the quarters.

Without competing with a  Major The prize money remains an argument to attract players to the next stages.

 A project to watch 

With  six tournaments planned  throughout the year, with well-maintained infrastructure and a commitment to opening padel to new markets,  RCC Padel League  passed a convincing first test.
It remains to be seen whether the circuit will succeed in attracting more top world players and establishing itself permanently in the professional calendar.
