Franco Stupaczuk, known by his nickname “Stupa”, is currently classified global 5 number and is one of the best players in the world. The Argentinian 28 years, native Chaco, is one of the most emblematic faces of the professional circuit. Performing from a young age, he has established himself as one of the greatest potentials of Argentine padel.
Franco Stupaczuk, the rise of a padel prodigy
Stupa discovered padel at a very young age, 8 years, and quickly won his first tournaments. He revealed himself as a precocious talent in Argentina and became National Under-12 Champion. In 16 years, he exploded in the eyes of the general public by participating in the World Padel Championship with his country and reaching the first place in the Argentine ranking, alongside his teammate Martín Di Nenno.
He made his debut on the professional circuit in World Padel Tour en 2016 next to Marcelo Jardim. In 2017, he associates with Cristian Gutiérrez and won his first professional titles. Their collaboration ended in 2019, and Stupa ends the season with Matías Díaz, notably winning theCordoba Open.
En 2020, he begins a new adventure with Sanyo Gutiérrez. If the pair promises on paper thanks to their complementarity, they struggle to obtain the results hoped for, despite a title at Minorca.

However, in 2022, the pair split after several poor performances in the first round. Stupa then teams up with a padel legend, Pablo LimaTheir collaboration allows them to win theOpen de France, beating the pair Galan / LebronThen world number 1. Under the era of Premier Padel, he also picks up his first two major titles : the Major Premier Padel from Doha and Major Premier Padel from Giza en 2022.
En 2023, Stupa reforms his duo with Martín Di Nenno, seven years after their last association. Nicknamed “The Superpibes”, they aim to reach the world number one spot. Together, they win a total of seven titles in the year 2023 : two Masters, four Open, and the Major Premier Padel of Doha 2023.
Their adventure ends in June 2024 after a series of disappointing results, with only one final played. Di Nenno then associates with Juan lebron, While Stupa choose mike yanguas. Their pair, ranked number 4 of the circuit, wins the P2 Newgiza and offers itself two major victories face Chingotto/GalanThen world number 2. However, their collaboration ends at the end of the season.
