Padel Magazine -Who said that the Marseille tournament on September 14 and 15 was not a dream tournament?

Yes, there was only one padel.

Yes, the weather was strangely not so lenient as when no rain had broken out in Marseille in recent months.

Yes, it was the last tournament of the season before the masters of the FFP (French Federation of Padel) in November.

And again yes, it was a tournament certainly without stake since we already knew the qualified for the master.

And yet ... The padel allowed everyone to agree: How good to play!

Many French teams were present. Teams from far away also participated in this sporting event.

However the teams of the famous club set (Aix-en-Provence) with more than 100 players, unfortunately missed on the board. What a shame ... But this is only part of the discount for this club.

Jean-Marc Dalain the manager of padel at the Marseille Tennis club (TCM) was in the oven and the mill since he had to organize this big party of padel on a single plot. Mission successful!

The first games set the tone.

We are entitled to great show with beautiful oppositions but also surprises ...

Starting with a brand surprise with the exit of the No. 1 seeds (Patrick and Kevin Fouquet) after a match where everything was successful for the Bequetti / Weller pair. This same pair had to the audacity to beat Jean-marc Dalin 6/1 6/1. The Bequetti / Weller pair are beautiful and generous but unfortunately they will pay the price with a nasty injury to Lionel Bequetti in the semi-final which will take him away from the field for some time.

The win, well deserved, will return to the pair Biegel / David against Marseillo-Saint-Cyrien Abautret / Grandmont, all four used to reach the last square of the tournaments.

The TCM with Jean Marc Dalain in the lead, has won its bet, to organize a tournament on a field in the joy and good humor. Everything went very well and the players are asking for more!

Finally, the club manager gives us his message:

In short, from padel as I see it, friendly and where we give everything on the pitch regardless of the opponent.

Thank you all and see you next month at the Masters for me to take a few more lessons! ... yes, I know, I'm stubborn!
