Successful inauguration for Padel33 Bruges: an unforgettable day!

Le Saturday 22 February, the club Padel33 Bruges officially opened its doors with a memorable inauguration. Many personalities were present for the occasion, including former professional footballers Rio Mavuba, Johan Micoud, Benoît Trémoulinas and Jimmy Briand, as well as former professional padel players Mai Vo and Mathieu Lapouge.

A competition and a show at the rendezvous

The event started with two P100 tournaments, one for men and one for women, bringing together 56 teams in total. The club vibrated to the rhythm of the matches, under the eyes of many spectators who came to discover the facilities and the friendly atmosphere of Padel33 Bruges. The day continued with an exhibition match, highlighting the talents of the pros, before giving way to a festive evening awaited by all.

A lively evening until the end of the night

As night fell, the club put on its party clothes with a DJ Mazal in great shape, ensuring an electrifying atmosphere. Mojitos and caipirinhas, carefully prepared by the staff, accompanied the party, before everyone let themselves be carried away by the legendary Paquito, an unmissable moment at the ferias. The evening continued until 3:30 a.m., closing a memorable day.

Tournaments for all levels

Padel33 Bruges offers a wide range of tournaments, suitable for everyone: leisure tournaments (various formats such as remontada and poules), approved tournaments (From P25 to P250, for men, women and mixed) and very soon P500 and more to welcome even more competitors. With its 9 padel courts, the club has the capacity to organize major events and to welcome many players.

An interclub league in preparation

A draft internal league between the different centers SquashBad33 (Bordeaux North, Mérignac, Gradignan and Bruges) is currently under development. Enough to further boost the local padel community!

Pickleball is making its debut!

Since 22 February, three pickleball courts are accessible. This sport, very popular in the United States, is making its arrival in Bruges with a first initiation and a tournament planned for March 22 de 14h to 17h. Courses will also be offered with Margaux, Jeff and Yannick.

Training and courses for everyone

A team of experienced coaches

Margaux Randjbar, sports director and former top 20 France, offers group and individual lessons in the evening and during the day, as well as Internships in Lanzarote, an idyllic setting for progress. Yannick Jadas, formertop 150 France, dispenses with individual courses and organizes internships in pair with Margaux, forming a complementary teaching team.

A children’s academy from 2025

From the start September 2025, a children's academy will be set up, with qualified educators such as Margaux, Yannick and Hubert Lacour, currently in training TFP.

A future complex under development

Padel33 doesn't stop there! A new complex will soon see the light of day at Villenave-d'Ornon, south of Bordeaux. It will offer 12 padel courts (Including 2 single courts), 10 pickleball/badminton courts, 4 squash courts et a restaurant with a guinguette terrace offering a friendly setting.

A well-stocked pro shop and advantageous packages

Players can find at the club a pro shop offering branded equipment Nox and Head : rackets, balls, bags, shoes and textiles available for sale.
