Train for a weekend with Fede Chingotto and his trainer Mati ortiz. 

THE COURSE INCLUDES

☑ Accommodation 2 nights with breakfasts included. Friday to Sunday

☑ 8 hours of high level technical, physical and tactical training.

☑ 3 hours of directed training in a match situation against local players.

Participation of Chingotto and Tello in the downward ascending of Saturday.

☑ 1h30 of mental preparation.

☑ 2 Lunches at the club restaurant on Saturday and Sunday.

☑ Transfer from the airport to the hotel (round trip)

☑ Daily transfers from the hotel to the training center (round trip).

☑ Welcome pack: Shirt and grips.

OPTIONS

  • Physiotherapy and osteopathy session in the club
  • Indoor pool with thermal baths and jacuzzi, fitness
  • Evening dinner at the hotel or at the club restaurant

PLANNING

FRIDAY

Recovery of trainees at Alicante airport

From 16 p.m. => arrival at the accommodation.

17:30 => Approx. Arrival at the club to discover the facilities, receive the welcome pack and meet the staff.

18:00 => Mental preparation session

18:30 p.m. => 2 hours of lessons

20:30 => 1 hour match - training with local players, supervised by coaches

21:30 => End of the session, return to accommodation.

SATURDAY

Breakfast at the hotel - Pick up at 10:10 am.

10:00 => Mental preparation session

10:30 p.m. => 2 hours of lessons

13:00 => Lunch at the club restaurant

14:00 => Free rest time. Optional: Swimming pool or massage.

16:00 p.m. => 2 hours of lessons

18:00 => 1 hour match - training with local players, supervised by coaches

19:00 => End of the session, return to the hotel.

Sunday

Breakfast at the hotel - Pick-up at 09 a.m.

9:30 => Mental preparation session

10:00 => 2 hours of lessons

12:00 => 1:00 match - training with local players, supervised by coaches

13:30 => Lunch at the club restaurant

14:30 => Aprox. Transfer to the airport

HOUSING

NucSun Resort.

Accommodation in aparthotel. Located 8 minutes by car from the club and 15 minutes from Benidorm. Info and photos on SUN RESORT

TRANSPORT

You will have at your disposal a minibus for the transfer from the airport and for transfers from the hotel to the training center.

If you wish to visit Benidorm, you will find public transport near the hotel or you can order a taxi. In the center of Benidorm you will find shopping centers, restaurants, a beach, party areas and everything you could need.
