Indeed, the Municipality of Libin, located 40 km from Sedan, has announced its wish to extend the sports offer on its territory via the creation of at least two padel semi-covered. It wishes to entrust the mission of design, construction, management and operation of these lands to an economic operator via the mechanism of the concession by granting a right of emphyteusis on a communal land.

The duration of 15 years or more will be determined according to the offer received, after negotiation.

The field, located rue du Couvent, at n°29 in Transinne, is bounded by what is currently a former football field. A stone's throw from the E411 motorway, the future structure will be easily accessible and will coexist alongside existing quality tennis courts.
