There is something new in Calabria! AT Corigliano-Rossano, the presence of an ambitious president will allow the birth of a new complex approved by the Italian Tennis Federation. Once out of the ground, it will have a very fashionable name: the “Casa de Padel".

Major project

Le padel Italian grows every day more and after crossing the milestone of 2000 sites throughout its territory, the Bel Paese is continuing its development in several regions. In Calabria, in the South of La Botte, a local patron has decided to invest in a discipline that has gained market share during the health crisis. President of Sporting Corigliano, Massimo Fino recently unveiled the main lines of his project: "The padel is a phenomenon that has not gone unnoticed, did he declare. We quickly nurtured the idea of creating a fully dedicated complex. The project was born during the months of confinement. The padel is a sport where barrier gestures and social distancing are best respected. We believe in the future of this discipline ”.

Qualified staff

The works will start shortly and the construction of this “Casa de Padel”Must go well beyond the simple creation of tracks intended to meet the growing demand since adjacent spaces dedicated to families will be created, always in compliance with the protocols in force. Regarding the practice itself, Massimo Fino announced the presence of a qualified staff: “Thanks to all these monitors, we will also guarantee the teaching of the game as well as the rules of padel. We are happy to include this project among the new local sports proposals. The padel is a healthy discipline which is psychologically good, especially in this particular time of restrictions that we are living ”. Enough to create vocations in Calabria among the youngest but also among experienced players anxious to discover a different practice of tennis.
