In the morning, the Round of 1 of the Open

6 French pairs will be in the Round of 1 of the Open this morning in Marbella.

[UPDATE: Wyatt and Mohindra withdraw so Tison and Bergeron qualify for 1 / 8th]At the same time, Benjamin Tison and Johan Bergeron will cross swords with British pair Mohindra / Wyatt, who won their previous round 6/0 6/1, but lost in a team match tonight to Belgians Geens and Crasson. The match will be played on track 3 (outside).

Last but not least, Jean-Thomas Peyrou and Adrien Maigret will face the Spaniards Fran Alameda (179), and Jairo Jose Bautista (125), two players from the World Padel Tour. A very interesting match for our French therefore. Expected start at 10h15 on track 5 (interior).

Girls side

Started 10h15 for Alix Collombon and Léa Godallier, against the young twin sisters Eunice and Priscila Rodriguez, respectively 138th and 141st in the ranking of World Padel Tour. The match will be played on track 7 (indoor).

At the same time, on the track next door, number 6 (interior), Wendy Barsotti and Mélissa Martin will rub shoulders with the young Spanish Muñoz and Medina-Bocos.

Last but not least, to 11h30, on track 8 (interior), these are Charlotte Soubrie and Marianne Vandaele who will enter the track, against the Dutch Ettekoven and Van Dinteren, who have already won 3 matches since the start of the competition (one in the Open, two in the team matches). So be careful!

These are (already) the last group matches taking place this Wednesday afternoon.

At the girls, France faces the Sweden à 14h30, on track 5 (interior).
