Padel is now fully getting down to business at Taranto 2026 Mediterranean Games For this first appearance of the discipline as a medal sport in the competition, France presents four pairs in the women's and men's draws: Louise Bahurel / Lucile Pothier, Steffi Merah / Charlotte Soubrié, Yoan Boronad / Timéo Fonteny and Bastien Blanqué / Dylan Guichard .
The four French duos benefit from seeded status and are directly qualified for the round of 16.

The first Frenchmen to enter the track will be Louise Bahurel and Lucile Pothier , seeded 6. They will play Sunday, August 23rd on court 2, not before 17 p.m. facing the winners of the match between the Egyptians El Nimr / Hakim and the Greeks Malamou / Ntanou .
A little later, it will be the turn of Yoan Boronad and Timéo Fonteny , seeded 8th. The two young French players will play on court 3 , in the match following the women's game scheduled to start at 17 p.m. They will face the Egyptians Mohamed Aboulkassem / Mohammad Nasr .
