Sport Director position profile

Main missions

  • Management and responsibility for the sports policy of the center in connection with the board of directors of ALL IN PADEL
  • Organization and implementation of all ALL IN sporting events PADEL (FFT tournaments, events, seminars)
  • Teaching of Padel for all audiences (group lessons, individual lessons, internships, companies, school padel)
  • Participation in the development of the 1st academy of Padel high level in France in close collaboration with Johan Bergeron, director of ALL IN PADEL ACADEMY.
  • Reception of the public, active participation in the daily activities of the ALL IN center PADEL including support for the bar / restaurant business.
  • Customer satisfaction
