The Casa team Padel Uno led by John Legall finished at the third place at the 2025 interclub competition for men. A result that reflects the club's strategic choices, in a context where the level of play continues to increase. In this interview, the sports manager looks back on this intense weekend, the evolution of the level of the competition and the prospects for next year.
Casa Padel in 3rd place and loses his title
We finished at the third place . I think it was deserved. We made the choice not to strengthen this year and to keep the same players. There were players in less good shape, while other teams were able to strengthen. But honestly, it's a good thing. As I said last year, it's great to have all these players together.
This year we lost Le Sète Padel Club won, and that's great. It only raises the general level.

The Big Padel incredible with notably a great Max Joris
I think it was the best competition of the year . For both women and men, the show was there.
The final was very close this year, unlike last year when we won. 2-0 . This time we lost against Big padel , especially in a match where Maxime Joris was amazing.
I didn't necessarily want to talk about him, but he was definitely the one I was thinking about. In the semi-final, he put in an incredible performance. Last year, I saw him at Limoges and I thought he was going to make a lot of progress. He proved it yesterday.
New players Spanish and Argentinian are coming, which is very good for the competition.
Opening interclub competitions internationally is a great thing.
It's a very good thing, especially for the women. There were already Spanish players last year, but this year the level has gone up another notch.
I stick to my line: to bring in players who raise the level of the French . One of my players, who started with us this year, is delighted to have been able to share this experience with a professional player . It is beneficial for everyone.

For Casa Padel Toulouse, it’s not easy to digest
Casa Padel forms a women's team with Toulouse . I'm very proud of it. I tried to comfort them, but the defeat was hard to take.
Casa Padel One with Collombon / Sireix
We have a team with Camille et Alix , who will play together. It's planned, now we have to see how the schedule is organized, but normally, it's good.
In the Casa group Padel , we have a sports policy which aims to have teams competitive in all centers .
Casa Padel Uno: stronger in 2026
We will review the team and recruit players with solid projects . If they are French players, it would be ideal .
We already have a headliner with Thomas Leygue , with whom we spoke yesterday and this morning.
Other players like Mario Huete et Teo Zapata are also part of the project. We will see who continues, who stops and who joins us. Next year we will have another headliner .
You can find all this information on Padel Magazine .
There have already been some leaks about the upcoming recruitments, although nothing was official yet. But it promises to be incredible.
