During the two years he spent in France, Jorge marked the padel French with its imprint. Now in Madrid, he continues to work for the development of padel in hexagon. He explains to us the reasons for his departure and his future plans.

Jorge arrives in France in September 2017 as part of an Erasmus exchange for his third year of STAPS specialty management. After a year spent in Brittany, and with his license in hand, he left for Bordeaux to find his friend Thomas Dulion, then responsible  of the development of padel to 4Padel, who offers to be his assistant. As part of his work, Jorge notably teaches padel, and he finds himself coach of two of the best French players ...

I started to give lessons to rather beginner and intermediate players at 4Padel Bordeaux, I liked it and I had the opportunity to train Léa Godallier and Jean-Thomas Peyrou (n * 12 French), who had very interesting projects and profiles. I loved it straight away, and today I'm still Léa's coach in Madrid!

Coach but also player! The one who was part of the young Spanish team throughout his childhood and adolescence returned to Madrid in July to finish his Master, but also to resume World Padel Tour !

The year before  to come to France, I was already playing the WPT (ranking 130), I had to stop quite suddenly when I arrived in Rennes because I could not make all the trips. I completely stopped training when I arrived in France and I missed it. Today I want to see how far I can go, with the goal this year to get as close as possible to the Top 100. Whatever happens I take great pleasure in training 3 times a week at the padel, and to do physical training all week.

Despite a busy schedule, he wanted to continue to train Léa Godallier, who came to Madrid to get started on the WPT this year.

Léa is very hardworking and perfectionist, she does physics every day, trains very hard to progress. That's why I wanted to continue training this year, even if my schedule requires me a big organization. The goal is to get into the top 40 in a year and we will do everything to get there.

A minister's schedule since Jorge, who kept a privileged relationship with 4Padel, goes to the center of Bordeaux one weekend a month to do a clinic. He is also in charge of training the teachers of channel 4Padel, in collaboration with its sponsor Babolat. In addition, he organizes courses for an association of players from the 4Padel : the FAPO.

Whoever regaled the French circuit with his smile and his spectacular game over the past two years will try to find time to do  some appearances in 2020

If my schedule allows I would do some P2000 with my brother Xavi Benito, but also some tournaments with my friend Thomas Dulion!

For the greatest pleasure of the spectators!

Xan is a fan of padel. But also rugby! And his posts are just as punchy. Physical trainer of several padel, he unearths atypical posts or deals with topical subjects. It also gives you some tips to develop your physique for the padel. Clearly, he imposes his offensive style as on the field of padel !
