The padel transfer market continues to stir up the backstage, and the possible association between Juan Tello and the young Argentinian world champion Tino Libaak seems on track for 2025. News that could mark a turning point in Tello's career, in search of renewal since his separation from Fede Chingotto.
Tello in search of recovery
Since his breakup with his historical partner, Fede Chingotto, Juan Tello is struggling to find results. If his association with Fernando Belasteguín allowed him to evolve alongside the legend, it did not really relaunch his career. With Tino Libaak, a promising young talent, Tello could well find the energy and desire necessary to bounce back.
In terms of ranking, a gap of approximately 18 seats separates the two players, but Libaak has proven that he has a place among the best.
A mix of Bela's former partners
Tino Libaak, newly crowned with his status as last partner Fernando Belasteguín, could form with Tello an association between former partners of the “boss”. History shows that players who collaborated with “Bela” often reached great heights. Arturo Coello et Agustín Tapia, former partners of Belasteguin, are living proof: today, they dominate the world circuit. This trajectory could inspire Tello and Libaak.
Official announcements have not yet been made by the players, but the association seems to be taking shape if we refer to all the Spanish-speaking media that are echoing it.
I discovered padel directly during a tournament, and frankly, I didn't really like it at first. But the second time, it was love at first sight, and since then, I haven't missed a single match. I'm even ready to stay up until 3am to watch a final of Premier Padel !
