First association  for the two French!  Julien Seurin and Johan Bergeron  will travel to the Greek island in a few days to play  a Bronze FIP  together.

In this  FIP Bronze  we find only two players from the top 100 who form the first pair of the tournament , the Italian Marco Cassetta  et  the Spaniard Jose Luis Gonzalez  respectively  77th and 75th in the FIP.  On the other hand, behind this pair the  tournament is very open  with most players located  between 140th and 250th place in the world.  Julien and Johan form the  seeded 3  of this tournament and will therefore have a preferential table,  at least until the quarter-finals  where they will be able to meet the big names.

Two other French players will be in the running in the qualifications,  Julien Biron and Kamel Mouimen , accustomed to traveling  exotic , the two French were even  left for China a few weeks ago  to play a  FIP Silver  together.

A short-term project

We can think that  This tournament is a “one shot”  between Julien and Johan, the latter who is usually associated with  Bastien Blanqué  but who agrees to some tournaments with other players  when the Toulouse resident is not available.  A change that allows  Bergeron to tread on the left side  from the track, it happened a few weeks ago with  Dylan Guichard  and here he is now with  another left-hander: Julien Seurin. 

Julien recently confided in him that he was  in search of stability,  This will not be the case in this next tournament but The opportunity to play with Johan Bergeron is a godsend , particularly in terms of ranking…

 Johan Bergeron  is  106th in the world  while  Julien Seurin  is  159th,  This is a golden opportunity to perhaps go  fight for victory in Crete  but above all  come back with points  of this trip.
