KUIKMA celebrates its first year in the world of padel. New brand 100% padel launched by Decathlon in February 2019, KUIKMA has since come a long way.

Focus on the implementation of its new products in 2020 whose tests have been carried out to El Padel Wambrechies Club near Lille.

An expert offer completed with the Hybrid range

An intermediate range (“Lagrima”) was missing in Kuikma's expert offering. The French firm launches the Hybrid range. The snowshoes are shaped like a drop of water. The two new Hybrid rackets thus complete the expert range with the two Precision and the Power.

Kuikma remains on the same strategy with for each model with two types of rackets: The Hybrid Hard and a harder eraser then the Hybrid soft and a softer eraser.

The new intermediate range: PR 530 / PR 560 / PR 590

Kuikma announced it. In 2020, it attacked the range of intermediate rackets with the PR 530 and PR560. Kuikma has notably reworked its FULL EVA CONCEPT innovation. A very special rubber which gives the racket exceptional maneuverability. By working on the sieve and the outer layers of the racket, Kuikma succeeds in finding an optimal balance.

We allow ourselves to put the PR590 aside for two reasons: first, because it does not use FULL EVA CONCEPT technology. And then because it is certainly the most technical of the 3 rackets in this range. We can even consider that it is an expert's racket. Our tests showed that it was aimed more at experienced players. A racquet with a greater head weight that will certainly give more spin to the ball. But it will therefore be necessary to know how to control the beast.

Balls and luggage

As announced by Frédéric Oudeville, one of the great architects of the development of the Kuikma brand: 2020, it will also be balls and bags of padel signed KUIKMA.

Two bullet models are developed: PB 990s and PB 999c. We will come back to these balls soon.

Finally in terms of luggage, there also two models: the PL 900: A light bag and the PL 990 bag with a volume that can exceed 50 liters!
