Padel pays tribute to those who have contributed to writing its history. September 29 to October 4, 2025, Cartagena will welcome second edition of the FIP Seniors Euro Padel Cup, a competition which continues the legacy of the former FIP Senior European Championships.

Organized by the International Federation of Padel (FIP), with the support of Padel Europe, Spanish Federation of Padel (EFF) and Federation of the Region of Murcia (FPRM), the event is part of a clear desire: to promote the padel of today and tomorrow, without forgetting those who have contributed to its growth.

Luigi Carraro, president of the FIP, underlines:
"Organizing this competition is a source of great pride for us. It perfectly illustrates a strong belief: in sport, and in padel in particular, talent knows no age. Senior tournaments are a valuable resource for all federations. They allow us to showcase the experience, technical skills, and tactical abilities acquired over the years, while inspiring new generations."

An exceptional staging in Cartagena

The tournament will take place on eight runways installed specially in the port of Cartagena, to which will be added sixteen other plots, for a total of 24 tracksA unique setting that will welcome players from all over Europe, divided into age categories: +35, +40, +45, +50 and +55 years old.

Two competition formats are planned:

  • National team competition : 24 men's teams and 24 women's teams will try to win the European titles.
  • Pairs competition : each nation will be able to register two pairs per category.

An edition that is part of the continuity

This 2025 edition is in line with the tournament organized in 2023 at the Camilo Cano Sports City de La Nucía (Alicante), which had gathered nearly 500 players from 17 countries different. The FIP Seniors Euro Padel Cup has now established itself as an unmissable event in European padel, where experience meets passion for the game.
