The My Center Academy, a national reference in high-level padel teaching, recruits a coach to strengthen his team from September 2025The position is to be filled in Permanent, with an hourly volume of 15 hours per week as an employee, supplemented by a liberal activity.

A performance-oriented academy

Based at My Center Palavas (Hérault), the My Center Academy has established itself as a structure of excellence, specializing in the training of young talents and established players. From the start of the 2025 academic year, it will have 21 young, including several members of the French junior team and players among the best nationalsIt also welcomes adults classified in the French top 10 and top 20.

The objective: to offer a complete, structured training environment, combining technical requirements, physical support and competition monitoring.

Missions entrusted

The future coach will work closely with the Head Coach of the academy. His or her main missions will be:

  • Supervision of training sessions, with sessions adapted to different profiles
  • Tactical preparation and development of personalized game strategies
  • Coordination with physical trainers for comprehensive player support
  • Regular assessments, individual assessments and adjustments to training plans
  • Support in competition, both at local, national and international level

Required profile

My Center Academy is looking for a passionate, experienced coach committed to developing high-level players.

Expected skills and qualifications:

  • Official padel coach diploma or certification
  • Significant experience in coaching, ideally with young prospects or established players
  • Ability to work in a team, interpersonal skills, rigor and teaching skills
