Padel continues to gain a lasting foothold in the south of France. In Cabriès, in the Bouches-du-Rhône department, a new large-scale project is taking shape. Its name: Track Padel ClubWith 15 pitches, a restaurant, a clubhouse, a gym, and a dedicated academy, this outdoor and indoor club aims to be one of the largest in the country. Opening date, ambitions, and behind-the-scenes insights: here's everything you need to know.
A two-part calendar
Work began in early April. The project is divided into two main phases.
From June 2025, the four outdoor courts will be delivered, at the same time as the summer reopening of the adjoining swimming pool.
The rest of the complex, including 11 indoor courts, a clubhouse, a restaurant and a gym, will open in early 2026.
Track Padel The club will be located in the heart of a 17-hectare sports complex, including 2,7 hectares entirely dedicated to the world of padel, in a wooded environment.

A human adventure above all
The La Pista project was born from the meeting of eight padel enthusiasts, from very different backgrounds, but driven by the same ambition: to create a place that is family-friendly, friendly, and boasts cutting-edge infrastructure.
Among them, Philippe Bastien, founder of the club Padel Bocage in Marseille, with eight years of experience in club management. Joining him is Laura Clergue, formerly ranked 46th in the world, a consultant for Canal+, and an iconic figure in French padel internationally.
Everyone considers La Pista to be a lifelong project, and today they understand the scale of what they are building: the largest indoor club in the PACA region, and one of the largest in France.
Laura Clergue, a central role in the project
Managing partner, Laura Clergue will play a major role in the club's development.
She will use her high-level experience, her knowledge of the professional circuit and her national and international network to support the structuring of La Pista.
She will also continue her consulting missions for Canal+ and her role as ambassador Bullpadel. Media visibility that will help highlight the project on a national scale.

A transition in the local landscape
The creation of La Pista takes place in a particular context. The town hall of Cabriès has announced the end of the leases at the Parc Club de l'Arbois, where the WinWin club is currently located. Padel, starting in early 2026.
Keen to maintain an ambitious padel offer in the town, the municipality has launched a call for projects as part of a Public Service Delegation (DSP) aimed at creating a new multi-activity complex including padel, swimming pool and catering.
After several months of study and selection, the La Pista project was chosen.
Ambitions: to become a national reference
La Pista's objective is clear: to establish itself as a benchmark for padel in France.
To this end, the club will put in place a comprehensive and ambitious offer:
- Organization of regional, national and international tournaments
- Launch of an academy for children and adults
- Tailor-made courses for all levels
- Involvement in team competitions
- Highlighting leisure, conviviality and quality of life on the site
